Physical Damage
No refund shall be claimed if there is any physical damage found in the part due to logistics mistake or any physical damage done by the client's side.
Warranty Claim
TRIAC Electronics is extremely passionate about the quality of their delivered components. If there is any problem in the working of any component, client can claim the warranty within 30 days of the delivery. Company will replace the part as soon as possible.
NC-NR Parts
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned without any specific reason of damage/defect. Purchase Orders once released and payment made against the same cannot be taken back or withdrawn.
Warranty
Warranty for every part is intimated at the time of placing orders. Each part consists of different warranty tenure and may be claimed for a damage if any issue arises in the part. As per the standard company policy warranty claims are easily made and returns/refunds can be obtained easily.
